We created a counter with Nerys in mind, it is made from a Chestnut tree which came down in a storm, just north of Bow Street. AND IT IS bowed but a rostrum worthy of Nerys. The soup doesn’t quite do her justice (the pumpkin seeds, my addition, look a little dusty) BUT the chilli and the cumin and the honey and the coconut milk, wow, the soup is absolutely MOREISH!
