Mark Warner was brought up on the West Wales coast in Aberystwyth. He studied Fine Art in Newport and is now working from his studio on the Shropshire/Wales border.

Growing up on the coast has had a huge impact on his approach to painting. He likes to work ‘en plain air’ and then develop his work from sketches and photographs back in the studio.
